Construction Project’s Financial Controller

Posting of Financial management and cash-flow monitoring (Manage all accounting and financing operations including A/R, A/P, Inventory Accounting and cash management)

· Ensure management has a long-term view into working capital, cash, and Balance Sheet forecasts for projects.

· Monitoring monthly billing of construction projects.

· Reconciliation and closing of General ledger accounts at month-end and year-end

· Ensure the proper reporting and payment of taxes.

· Assists with annual Budget process by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data.

· Manages Monthly Forecast process to ensure accuracy of long term business performance and anticipating risks

· Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Economics or related field.

· Outstanding accounting and financing experience in 10+ years.

· Previous experience construction financing in highly valued.

· Knowledge in using financial software or MYOB and strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills.

· Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail a plus.

· Staff development -must be able to direct low-level staff in detailed responsibilities

· Impressive organizational skills.

· Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.

· Credibility, ethical, full disclosure and clean financial history

· Able to handle multiple tasks and maintain control and order over same

· Able to build and maintain effective cross-functional working relationship
