Corporate Banking (Deputy Manager)_Foreign Bank

Position Purpose

Promote corporate and transaction banking products and services to corporate clients. Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients as well as develop relationships with new clients.


Responsibilities

• Support manager and branch management to determine appropriate marketing, business development and promotion plan.
• Support manager and branch management to establish business strategies and action plans.
• Promote, manage and follow targets for department, in line with branch’s target.
• Provision of value added products and services to existing / potential corporate customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance banking relationship.
• Communicate closely with head office and other branches to identify business opportunities or support in cross selling.
• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to the client.
• Monitor and ensure strict compliance with the existing policies and procedures.
• Prepare borrower’s profiling and assist credit analyst for the credit application process.
• Provide guidance, advice and support to colleagues in the same department.
• To assist other ad hoc related duties as assigned by the HOD and the Management.

Job Requirements

Key Skills required:

 Minimum at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferable in financial services industry as well as corporate banking experience
 Strong background in corporate, investment, and transaction banking with in-depth knowledge of Banking products and services
 Strong understanding of the global banking regulatory environment with particular focus on local regulations
 Good Accounting and credit risk management skills
 Strong Marketing skills along with the ability to cross-sell
 Fluent in English
 Strong PC Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
