Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Execute and Comply with Credit policies and procedures.
• Accept or reject the credit recommendations and sales orders
• Monitoring sales figures, posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
• Handling conflict and complaints with customers
• Follow up with Customers for payments and resolve any issues on invoices and payments
• Monitoring SD incentive payments and accounting for the same accurately
• Monitoring Claims from SD and deductions being taken by customers
• Taking responsible and reviewing sales department claims, expenses in GL
• Reconciliation of AR accounts and Bank statements
• Supervising Collection Team, timely and effective collection of all debts
• Monitoring AR aging and analysis report weekly, monthly basis
• Preparing Monthly sales Reports
• Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
• Handling Bad Debt recoveries and engage with related parties
• Credit section filing

Job Requirements

-Masters in Commerce or Bachelors in Commerce
-Minimum of two to four years’ experience in the finance function, preferably in Sales/Commercial Finance.
