An Exciting Opportunity for ...

24*7 SIEM Monitoring for MSSP environment and alert on Incidents/alerts using SIEM (based on standard operating procedure)
Incident Management and coordinate with customer for Incident closure
Registering and Handling customer complaints
First level incident handling
Report generation & submission
Network traffic and log analysis
Understanding/ differentiation of intrusion attempts and false alarms
Investigation tracking and threat resolution
Compose security alert notifications
Advise incident responders/ other teams on threats
Tagging of events based on priority levels & severity levels
Follow Standard Operating Procedures to perform first level troubleshooting
Understanding of common network services (web , mail, FTP, etc) , network vulnerabilities, and network attack patterns is a must
SLA management
Escalate to L2 in case of any deviation

Job Requirements

-B.C.Sc, B.C.Tech or B.E will more prefer
-knowledge of Network infrastructure & Security
-Project work in Cloud / Unix/ Windows/ Database/ Network/ Information Security technologies
-knowledge of Network(Hub, Router & Switch) & Security Devices Firewalls/IPS/Proxy/Mail & Web Gateways
-Basic understaning of Malware and its types
-Candidate with CEH, CCNA Security certified or have done CEH, ECSA security and SIEM Traning course will be an added advantage -The candidate MUST have excellent communication skills
