• Prepare monthly financial analysis reports and present to Management Team
• Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations
• Coordinate financials questions/answers among Cost Centers and the Treasury and Accounting Team
• Prepare monthly / quarterly operating reports and Analyzing current and past financial data
• Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends
• Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth
• Assist in the budget & reforecast process
• Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed
• Develop, maintain and distribute as-hoc reports and financial models as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management reporting and financial analysis with * Accounting/GAAP knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Words & Excel)
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
