RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analysis & Reporting
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Prepare management presentation on financial and operational performance
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, explain trends and make recommendations for improvements
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Develop Product Profitability and Unit costing (calculating Company’s operating cost of service and customer acquisition cost)
Prepare Management Reports including Management Consolidated PL & BS
Create Long range cash flow forecasting model



Process Improvements & Control
Responsible for cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools




Financial Modeling & Forecasting
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
Assist in annual budget preparation

Job Requirements

Above average excel skills
Fluent English
Strong knowledge of accounting & finance principles
0-3+ years of experience
Degree in Finance or Accounting
Strong analytical skills
Drive to learn and develop


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in External Audit
ACCA qualification in progress
Experience in Financial Modeling
Proven experience in the quantitatively-heavy role
Study abroad experience
