• Working closely with the Board of Directors, Audit and Risk Committee (if any), senior managers across the Strategic Business Units (“SBU”) and Central Business Units (“CBU”) of the company, assisting with the establishment and maintenance of a high-achieving, well-controlled organization which can achieve growth targets safely and adheres to best international practices
• Leading internal Audit Department by implementing as soon as possible a fully functioning Internal Audit Department as well as action plans related to risk assessment and annual planning, audit execution, audit reporting, staff recruiting and development, audit technology, and Audit and Risk Committee reporting
• Leading Internal Audit’s annual risk assessment and enterprise risk assessment as well as implementing policies, processes and procedures to develop the audit plan and ensure the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the company
• Overseeing the execution of individual audits defined in the audit plan, developing a risk-based test plan by selecting appropriate audit approaches, test procedures and sampling criteria base on professional judgment and departmentally defined internal audit methodologies, all in order to ensure the highest level of service quality and client satisfaction

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting & Finance, or Law or other closely related field
• Certified Internal Audit (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Desirable
• Minimum 15 or more years’ experiences in auditing or accounting
• Minimum 5 years in senior management/Head of Internal Audit role
