- Welcome and greet guests, issue keys, take reservations by phone or internet, prepare bills and deal with payments.
- Provide information, answer queries and deal with complaints.
- Provide a prompt and professional guest service to meet guests’ needs and ensure guests satisfaction.
- Compute all billings and hotel expenses accurately.
- Customer service orientated.
- Must be able to respond appropriately to diverse customers and guests.
- Ability to plan and organize.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize.

Job Requirements

- Ayeyawady တိုင္းတ ြင္အသစ္ဖ ြင့္လွစ္မည့္ Hotel & Resort ျကီးတ ြင္လုပ္ကိုင္ရန္
- ေနစရာ နွင့္ ေန ့လယ္စာ ျငိမ္း
- Good knowledge of Accounting Basics, Microsoft Word, Excel, Quick Books & SOP
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in Myanmar and ENGLISH
- 2 or 3 years of experience minimum in the related field
- Need to have judgment skills, problem solving skills and be flexible
- Team work and coordination
