An executive search and recruitment firm based in Yangon Myanmar that specializes in mid-senior level positions across all of the main industry sectors is currently looking for the above-mentioned position. They work with a number of local, international and JV Company’s, finding talent from across the globe to suit every skill set and experience required.
They are currently looking for full-time interns to join the already existing team here in Yangon. This role will require hard work and resilience as you will need to learn a lot of skills in a short space of time. The opportunity to be permanently employed after 3 months of successful internship will depend on the results and effort put into the day to day responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn, assist and perform administrative, business development, and recruitment activities as you progress.
• Explore methods and recruiting techniques from recruiters on in a daily basis.
• Assist the recruiters when headhunting for competent individuals through various platforms
• Gain business acumen and maturity to potentially work as a recruiter/business developer.
• Analyze different CV’s and understand different needs of various clients (MNC, local and start-ups).
• Shadow and assist the recruiters in the interviewing of relevant candidates to open positions
• Manage and advertise job applications and getting back to relevant applicants.
• Attend to various networking events, helping promote the company which allows you to expand your own network.
• Show initiatives, can-do attitude and desire to grow together with the company.

Job Requirements

• Educated to a degree level in business/ HR or a related field
• Excellent communication skills written and spoken in English and Burmese
• Excellent organizational skills
