Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• To perform to meet audit plan and target that assigned duty.
• To perform internal audit functions (Including observation & verification) not only in financial and operational but also in the management system and behaviour audit.
• To perform preparation and combination of an audit report that consistent internal audit department standard.
• To support & assist to the department head.
• To implement to achieve team MIG & UMG’s vision.
• Check e-mail & reply.
• Prepare monthly actual team expense and record it.
• To plan & conduct the audit as per plan to meet the target.
• To prepare audit reports including audit findings & suggestions.
• Communicate with relevant departments, business units & branches.
• Prepare audit trip expense and issue advance money and clear from at cash department before and after audit trip.
• Facilitate to make A4 & A3 improvement.
• Document control for assign team.
• Can go audit trip to UMG all branch.
• Prepare monthly KPI data.
• Check KPI data and flow process checking report.
• Prepare coaching report of a subordinate.
• To make sharing training to a subordinate.
• To make sharing meeting at weekly.

Job Requirements

- B.Com, B.Act ( more prefer CPA Part-1)
- Age between 24 and 30
- Above 3 years experience in related field
- Can management Audit Team
- Good in communication skill, coordination skill, teamwork skill and follow up skill
- Able to work under pressure and can go trip
- Willingness to learn and hardworking
