Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Testing and evaluating new technology, both hardware and software.
• Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
• Managing and delivering training sessions to company staff either in a group session or 1 on 1.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT / HR training related role.
• English Language Fluent.

KEY SKILLS
• IT skills including experience using and administering Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of computer network architecture.
• Ability to troubleshoot IT related problems and present technical solutions.
• Ability to work on given deadlines.
• Confidence.
• Organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent presentation skills.
