Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Update accounts payable, receivable and issue invoices.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Handle the advance cash, petty Cash and issue cash for office expense.
• Preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
• Prepare and monitor all invoice and payment and contract term relating with Myanmar Expo and Fortune Plaza.
• Prepare and update Cashbook by monthly.
• Check with Main GEC finance for all banking income transaction from tenant & Client, and issue the receipt letter.
• Prepare Income statement by combining Myanmar Expo and Fortune Plaza.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

• At least 1 year related working experience.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related (essential).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software packages.
• Need communication English skill.
