• Customerမ်ား ရွာႏိုင္ရမည္။ Customer မ်ားအား maintain လုပ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
• Agents မ်ားႏွင့္ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္၍ လုပ္ငန္းတိုးတက္ေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
• FTI ၏ service မ်ားအားလံုးအား agent မ်ား Customer မ်ား သိေအာင္ မိတ္ဆက္ေပးရမည္။
• လိုအပ္ပါက promotion plan မ်ား ေရးဆြဲရမည္။

• တကၠသိုလ္ဘြဲ႔ရျဖစ္ရမည္။
• Marketing လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အႀကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး(၁)ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္။
• Traveling & Express လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳရွိသူ ဦးစားေပးမည္။
• Certificate (or) Diploma in Marketing Management is an asset
• Express လုိင္းႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာေစ်းကြက္ကိုေကာင္းစြာနားလည္ရမည္။
• အသက္(၂၅)ႏွစ္အထက္ျဖစ္ရမည္။
