- Any graduated and minimum(1)years experiences in related field.
- Can use internet,Email and Microsoft office.
- Handling office tasks,such as data entry,filling,generating reports and presentations,setting up for meetings.
- Need to go to Government offices.
- Coordinate and oversea all office activities will be responsible for answering calls,dealing with customers from Facebook (replying comments and messages)and off-line.Sometimes,it might include content writing but only if we need your help.
- Keep database in check and update them regularly.
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs.
- Coordinate and participate in office space planning,maintenance and renovations when necessary.
