An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Prepare tender submission
- Review all QS quantity take out and quotation
- Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers. Review and approve claims.
- Control budget with procurement
- Preparation and submission of variation Orders
- Reviewing Interior Fit-Out Drawings
- Assist Director in material Selection, Quality & Price negotiations.
- Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials on-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work

- Diploma or degree in Interior Decoration related field
- Proficient in computer skills & Microsoft Office and Auto CAD
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- English Communication a must
- Work outside Yangon.
- Interpersonal Skill, Communication Skill.
- Knowledge in Auto CAD, MS Office Applications.
