Main Accountability-Greets all guests in a friendly and helpful manner at all times.- Process/ Input all reservation requests in the system received by phone or mail and from different reservation channels. Identify guest reservation needs and room assign accordingly.- Be familiar with VIPs, room types and rates, availability, Billing, Hotel services and facilities, operational hours, ongoing promotions, local areas of interests and inform to guest accordingly.- To ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction.- To maintain and document any guest’s preference, profiles and complaints at Guest history record.- He/She must be in compliance with account audit procedures and ensures accurate daily report of all income received and cashier float.- Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and refers to Manager if he/she is unable to solve immediately.- Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi, motor bike, shuttle bus) for guests, and record in advance for any transportation request as needed.- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with guest and colleagues.- Ensure proper use of the telephone etiquette.- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene at all time.- Ensure adherence to Company, Hotel and Department policies and procedures at all time.- Perform any other duties as assigned by FOM.

Job Requirements
Education/ Qualifications- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)- Computer literate in Microsoft and Easy FO or Opera will be advantageKnowledge- Knowledgeable of Local interest areas and how to recommend to guestExperience- 1 to 2 years’ experience in the same position or similar fieldSkills and Personal Quality- Well-groomed and presentable- Ability to work under pressure and within the team- Ability to take responsibility and adapt the situation- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous- Ability to have proper communication skills, guest service skills and interpersonal skills are a must
