To welcome any visitors to the school and perform a number of defined clerical, administrative and customer-related tasks

Detail of the Job
The public face of the school. Welcomes, greets and assists all visitors manage in-centre appointments for prospective customers in the absence of a Sales Manager,
deal with all sales enquiries in the prescribed manner enter all customer data and maintain records on the Customer Tracking System
manage all bookings for existing students - this will include updating booking status track no-shows and students without a tutorial booked and
attempt to secure fresh bookings produce, publish and monitor all booking lists for classes and social events, and encourage parents to sign up their children
basic book keeping, maintaining invoice files and ledgers answering the telephone
may also be required to perform some secretarial duties for the Sales Managers
