Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...


-Answering the Phone

• Greet callers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain a phone log of callers and calls received.
• Finding out callers’ questions or requests, and connecting them to the respective shall to help them.
• Take messages as necessary and make sure they are received.
• Deliver phone correspondence in a timely manner to appropriate recipient(s).
• Be at office 30 minutes before office hour and priority live around 3 mile radius
• To cooperate in arrangement of office stuff and meetings (QCM, SMC, etc…).

-Greeting Guests

• Greet guests at the Yangon Office in a professional and friendly manner, making sure guests are connected with the appropriate staff person.
• Keep waiting guests informed as to estimated wait time, and offering water/tea/coffee while they wait.
• Receive mail and deliveries, making sure the recipient is notified.

-Administrative Support

• Assist administrative tasks (such as typing and filing) as requested, and as approved by the Office Manager.
• Maintain the reception area notice board, making sure information is current.
• Maintain staff attendance and visitor logs.
• Update all organizational contact information (address, phone, e-mail, etc.) and make available as needed.
• Data Entry (Communication Bill, Petty cash, Monthly meeting room chart).
• Weekly maintenance list (such as., air-con, cabinet, chair, key, desk, etc.)
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, weekly mail.

Job Requirements

• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Able to remain calm under stress and need to smile.
• Ability to communicate well (both verbally and in writing/typing) in both Burmese and English.
• Knowledge of all SF employee functions to be able to refer callers and guests to the appropriate person.
• Knowledge of SF’s offerings and activities to be able to represent the organization to those who are not familiar with it.
• Able to use Microsoft office and help office and HR department.
