Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• To be employed for Manufacturing Company located in Thilawa SEZ, Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
• Responsible for all accounting function to ensure compliance with Group policy and local tax regulations.
• Responsible for company income tax filing
• Review other taxation, ie. Business tax, withholding tax to ensure with local tax regulations
• Prepare the reconciliation between local book and managemtn reporting
• Work with operation team on the daily entries of customers and suppliers invoices
• Handle all financial transactions (AR, AP, Cheques, Loan drawdown, Telegraphic transfers, tax, etc)
• Handle bank reconciliations and cashflow planning and projection
• Handle full set of accounts
• Work with internal and external auditor
• Liaise with affiliate companies for inter-company transactions
• Some HR legal and administrative functions
• Other adhoc responsibilities

Job Requirements

• University degree in Accountancy (or ) UK Diploma in Accounting ( LCCI level -3 )
• Good technical knowledge of accounting
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate at various levels
• Self-motivated and has the capacity to take on challenges
• Language capability in more than one language.
• Work experience of at least 4-5 years in accounting and preferably in manufacturing
• Understand the finance procedure and able to follow and apply well.
