Job Description

• Preparation of Costing Sheet for each project.
• Help in other related work as per requirements
• To prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• To prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• To maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial keeping confidential.
• To substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• To maintain financial security by following controls
• Responsible to handle overall financial processes of the company
• Responsible for maintaining the general ledger and necessary journal entries
• Deal with external auditors and tax officer to complete financial report and tax assessment
• Monthly closing accounts by the deadline and financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
• Responsible for general departmental accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Asset,Tax, Contracts, and Financial Statements
• Profitability and financial analysis on actual accounts and budgeting/forecasting by planning and controlling departments requested basis.
• Good understanding of Myanmar tax law, Commercial, Tax and income tax related process

- Additional education or experience may be preferred.
- Some fields may require additional certifications or licenses.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate with operation team, and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer skills in MS office, especially in Excel, Must be use MYOB Software
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Auditing is a must and other related qualification in accounting is preferred such as LCCI Level 3 or ACCA Part 1.
- At least (3) years experience in accounting field. Can use accounting software
- Proficient in Computer and Accounting Skills
- Entry general ledger, Journal Entry,prepared financial report & tax report, full set of accounting process
