Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Gather & keep financial records of all clients
2. Prepare, issue and chase all invoices to clients in timely and accurate manner
3. Ensure collection and receipts of all payments, this may include collecting payments directly from clients.
4. Ensure all clients payments are banked and recorded, act as day to day liaison with various banks.
5. Prepare cheques and make payments on time
6. Collect and process all overtime and expense claims from employees
7. Manage petty cash and cash book report
8. Handle SSB, WHT and personal income tax payment process
9. Reconcile banks, AP and AR at the month end on timely basis
10. Ensure that all of the financial transactions into MYOB timely and accurately
11. Assist in the Monthly and Weekly Financial & Management reporting in CIM, ensuring the availability of timely and relevant information for Senior Management and assist in annual audit
12. Monitor AR and AP for effective working capital management and follow up accordingly

Job Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years involved with finance and accounts in well- established commercial business or foreign organizations
• Good English writing, speaking and listening
• Able to work with minimum supervision and work overtime to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and be fast learner
• Proper filing and documentation in neat and tidy manner
• Good financial and accounting skills
• Able to deal with people face to face
• Hands-on experience in use of accounts software; preferable in MYOB
• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
• Organisational, multitasking, coordination and time management
• Supporting Financial Controller for information requirements
