Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Become a respected member of the management team; able to participate in all the operational discussions of the company; developing a knowledge of the businesses– not just the financial aspects.
-Coordinates the reporting processes which provide meaningful, timely and accurate reports to management
-Coordinates the monthly financial variance analysis and annual budgeting process
-Coordinates and consolidates the Group cash position and foreign exchange exposure of the company
-Monitors and ensures compliance to group policies and strong internal controls are in place
-Monitors profitability reviews including pricing and margins
-Helps with implementation of the SAP Business One ERP
-Supports adhoc projects and queries
-Ensures a robust budget and reporting process
-Works with Operation and Finance teams
-Supports the successful implementation of SAP BI

Job Requirements

-Any Bachelor of Business, preferably in Finance or Accounting
-Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial companies
-Fluent in English
-Able to handle financial planning & analysis (FP&A) work
-Hands On – willing to work ‘at the coal face’
-Understands, learns and adapts to changes
-Provides process improvement and value added services – must not be ‘just an accountant’
-Work experience overseas preferred
-Treasury experience in cash and foreign exchange management preferred
-Able to communicate at all levels: junior to senior management
-Able to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds
-Able to lead and seeks to persuade through compelling communication and willing to listen and explain
-Can understand complex and ambiguous situations
-Maintains a positive ‘can-do’ approach
-Patient enough to coach others
-Maintains high work standards and integrity
