Job Description

Job Purpose: It is responsible for providing support in full spectrum of Overseeing Account Payable, Account Receivable and General Ledger section, Reporting to Financial Controller

Role & Responsibilities
Accounting
• Check daily revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit, General Ledger reporting comply with IAS, IFRS.
• Oversee Account Payable, Account Receivable and General Ledger section
• Monitor expenditures & analyse revenues

Reporting
• Perform month-end accounting activities such as Accounts reconciliations (Profits & Loss and Balance Sheet) and journal entries.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly closing reporting to management as needed.
• Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks with deadlines.
• Generate financial reports and statements to Management for review.

Taxation
• Prepare Quarterly tax return and yearly tax return and deal with the company accounting and tax compliance and communicate with tax authorities when needed.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• Assist with International financial Audits and tax audits.

Requirements
• Proven at least 5 yrs related working experience
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (ERP) and databases
• Diploma level qualification in Accounting/ Business/ ACCA/ CPA
• Strong Accounting fundamentals and reporting knowledge
• team player with good communication, interpersonal and organising skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
