• Understand the project design, client requirements, quality, and standards to implement the execution of project.• Prepare site status & progress reports, and keeps an accurate record• Assist Senior Engineer for reviews & comments on design drawings, shop drawings, method of statement, material list, purchasing• Assist Senior Engineer for reviewing of material specification to ensure that quality requirement and project board review• Assist in the preliminary engineering design cost estimates and other information for management and project board review• Participate in regular site walk, observe & notice to main contractor for workmanship, installation method, defects, safety, procurement, etc.• Manage, track and document all phases of construction projects, from the plaining and layout designs through to final handover• Ensure that all as-built drawings from main contractor supporting each project are received and organized in an efficient manner• Conduct handing over inspection & record handover defect• Update regularly of contractor drawing submission registration• Participate in closing out documentsQuality Management Functions• Participate regular QA/QC site walk and QA/QC audit inspection and preparing of report• Conduct the QA/QC inspection• Prepare of Defect Notification & follow up with record and monitoring of rectification work.
Qualifications (Skills and Experience)• Relevant Diploma or Degree in the related field.• Proficiency in Auto CAD • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel. Power Point)• At least 3 years’ experience in the related field.• Understanding the verbal and written instruction• Basic Command in English.
