The Role

● Lead and mentor the developer team, monitor and maintain team performance
● Requirement analysis, plan and design system architecture and database design
● Manage system development, system integration and implementation
● Deal with cross-functional teams, vendor, partners and focus on team development

Job Requirements

● At least 5 years of work experience as a full stack developer
● Strong knowledge in Java (Spring), Oracle, MySQL, .Net platform and Ruby on Rails
● Solid understanding of mobile web & apps development and AWS environments
● Experience in developing overall SDLC by using Agile/scrum methodologies
● Proficient in English communication skills both verbal and written
