• Leading offline marketing team for the effective and efficient work flow and processes
• Optimizing and developing new external and internal communication channels to optimize brand awareness
• Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans
• Planning and implementing offline promotional campaigns
• Overall responsibility for brand management and offline activations
• Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Working closely and maintaining relationship with design agencies and printing houses
• Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for joint marketing initiatives
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Diploma in Marketing
• Proven working experience in marketing
• Mature, tactful, innovative and result-oriented
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Strong management, good interpersonal & negotiation skill
• Able to work under pressure and strict deadline
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Good command in both English and Myanmar Languages
