The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.
~ Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications.
- Lead project technically and independently.
- Ensure our documentation is up to date
- Solve technical issues and have strong debugging skill.
~ Prioritize software development projects, set timeline and assign tasks to team member
~ Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance
~ Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (Like graphics and navigation buttons)
~ Ensure our software documentation is up to date

#professional coding skill for Laravel and boostrap
#Strong knowledge for backend architecture and development
#able to do multi server and understanding VPS and share host
#Strong knowledge for multi API call and API writing
#Understanding and able to develop website security and website performance to excellent quality.
#Need to develop SEO, sitemap and link structure of the content.
#Strong self study skill in short time.
#Leadership skill require for task management for the junior developer.
#react native knowledge for the future development to integrate with the team.
#Able to change HTML template to Lauraval boostrap or image to code.
