An Exciting Opportunity for ...

This role's purpose is supervise staff, manage budgets and oversee seller communication through Yuzana Hub.

• Managing budgets given by Headoffice
• Reporting to Seller Support Manager on a daily basis
• Overseeing stock control
• Receive inbound calls/messages for guiding sellers about operations and general information
• Meeting the productivity and Quality KPI as per target assigned
• Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements
• Relevant University Degree in Retail Management
• 3 to 4 year experience in Retail and Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellet Soft Skills: Able to handle irate sellers through social media
• Able to work in shifts
• Able to use computer soft wares efficiently

Technical Competencies
• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits Strategy (Mercer certification preferred)
• Excellent Knowledge on practical applications of Myanmar Labor Law
• Ethical Management and Employee Relations Experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to analyse data and tell story to influence
• People Leadership Experience
