Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Oversee day to day operations of warehousing including inventory management, inbound activities, outbound activities, fleet management & process management to get operation excellence
- Lead the team to maintain and continuously improve safety, housekeeping & quality standards by coordinating with safety team & audit team
- Liaison with clients and responsible to prepare reports & attend the meetings
- Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring the good customer service
- Responsible to dealing, negotiation and building good relationship with the suppliers
- Responsible for monitoring and assessing performance of suppliers
- Coordinate and arrange vehicles from assigned transport suppliers to ensure that the goods are sent to the right customer in the right condition in a timely manner using the most suitable vehicle with proper documentation
- Ensure the accuracy of the supplier invoice (volume & rate) and the availability of the supporting documents

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least (4) years’ experience in warehouse operation
- Good at using Microsoft application
- Knowledge in ERP or inventory management system is an advantage
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
