• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)• Forecast costs and revenues• Manage tax payments• Organize internal audits• Prepare AP, AR , DN, CN and SOA• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies• Analyze financial trends• Perform month-end and year-end close processes• Manage Cash collection from clients and settlement with vendors• Submit cash report in weekly basic• Perform as Admin of office
• Diploma or LCCI equivalent in Accounting• Minimum 3 years experience in handling accounting work including A/R, A/P, Petty Cash and General GL• Conversant in English• Detail and Meticulous• Good team work
