Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Monitor and track project budgets, costs, and expenses against forecasted budgets.
  2. Assist project managers with budget updates and expenditure forecasting.
  3. Process subcontractor and vendor invoices and approvals.
  4. Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
  5. Coordinate payment schedules and retention tracking.
  6. Manage accounts payable and receivable related to construction activities
  7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports for active projects.
  8. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents.
  9. Liaise with site managers, engineers, and procurement teams for real-time expense tracking.
  10. Work closely with project managers and finance team to align financial performance.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry
  3. Strong knowledge of job cost accounting, progress billing, and construction contracts (e.g., BOQs, retention).
  4. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
