- Checking daily stocktaking report and resetting them in a timely manner.- Checking open stock, transfers and branch transfers daily.- Following up stock transfers that are over 24 hours due.- Following up and checking stock transfers that are taking longer than usual to complete.- Doing surprise check stocktaking by routine. · Preparing daily stocktaking report for all branches every morning.- Preparing weekly or monthly surprise check stocktaking report every weekend or end of the month.- Making sure that all expired and damage/return items are in accordance with the policy.- Closing the adjustments made at the end of every month.- Having the adjustments signed by Department Head/CA and reporting them to MD.- Any other duties assigned by Department Head.
