Manage all transactions at the cash register, including cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
Ensure the cash register is balanced and all financial transactions are accounted for at the beginning and end of each shift.
Ensure petty cash payment & float money by approval.
Prepare a petty cash register and float money book every day.
Go to the bank to make payments to vendors and to the tax office as required.
Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers, and input them into the system.
Assist in the inventory taking process either bi-weekly or monthly.
5% Commercial Tax be control, record and follow up Form 31 to vendors.
Train and mentor new cashiers on the point of sale (POS) system, customer service best practices, and cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery of food and beverages.
Participate in inventory management, including tracking and ordering supplies as needed.
Process returns and exchanges in accordance with the restaurant's policies.
Assist management in preparing and other administrative tasks as required.
Handle special duties assigned by the Assistant Finance Manager or Restaurant Manager.
