-To prepare Sales Report – Daily Sales, Weekly Sales & Monthly Sales.
-To check Daily Cash & Credit Sales and Debtor Collections amount up to bank deposit.
-To check and keep all invoices, Material Issue Vouchers, Good Received Vouchers, Debit vouchers & Credit Vouchers.
-To check & prepare stock balance report pull from Peachtree Accounting Software and then check with the stock balance report prepared by Inventory Controller and if required monitor & counts the stocks.
- To prepare Monthly Profit & Loss Statement and Final Account by Peachtree Accounting Software and Report to Parts Manager, Finance Manager & Chief Accountant.

Job Requirements

- Any graduate with LCCI Level 3 certificate or B.Com or B.Act.
- Age between 20-30.
- At least 2 years experiences in related field.
- Must be able to communicate both internal and external.
- Can use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and E-mail & Internet.
