• Prepares asset, liability, capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information• Documents financial transactions by entering account information• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information• Maintains financial security by following internal controls• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary• Comply with financial policies and regulations

• B.com, LCCI III (pass)• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field• Able to use Microsoft Office, email and MYOB• Able to communicate with English• Experience with general ledger functions• Able to work under pressure
