Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Attend team meeting (daily/weekly)
  • Checking daily cash receiving (cash and bank) and update in AR/AP data file
  • Collect quotation/CCO to prepare invoices and send to Operation team
  • Data entry for bank incoming and outgoing
  • Update and entry RB according to the Bank statement
  • Follow up system invoice from operation team
  • Checking Merchant payment
  • Prepare daily report (Daily activities report to DH)
  • Prepare and send weekly bank statement report
  • Checking AR (Internal & external) receivable.
  • Prepare Budget variance report send to DH
  • Organize and take approval Monthly Budget from CMC
  • Remind and support to sales team for AR collection
  • Prepare KPI data monthly
  • Attend monthly finance & account meeting
  • Send PLM on time and accuracy
  • Continuous learning
  • Management assigned job

Job Requirements

  • Planning, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement, Decision Making
  • Any Graduate (More prefer LCCI Level III,  ACCA Part 1)
  • At least 3 years experiences
  • Standard Training Modules for SH level
  • MS Excel & Power Point , Basic English
  • Financial Acumen
