• Manage day-to-day operations within the organization
• Oversee Roaming Staffs work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines
• Meet regularly with Roaming Staffs to provide critical feedback and encouragement.        
• Manage organizational schedules of designed areas assignment, attendance, on-time completion of tasks          
• Track employee activity including successful completion of designated tasks.          
• Liaise with Regional Leader on ongoing issues, if necessary, directly report to HQ.Regional 
• Follow up with cash agent (Roaming and Static) in assigned area to ensure the targeted cash submission is achieved.        
• Sourcing & recruitment of static agent by liaising with Agent Network Team.
• Arrange physical cash movement as per instructions & requirements of Ongo HQ & clients.
• Ensure staff members compliance of organization’s discipline, rules & regulations and policies & procedures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Regional Leader & other Seniors dependently and remotely.

• အဖွဲ့အစည်းအတွင်းရှိ နေ့စဉ် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
• ငွေကောက်ဝန်ထမ်း-Roaming Staff များ၏ နေ့စဉ် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများအား ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများ နှင့်အညီ ဆောင်ရွက်နေခြင်း ရှိမရှိအား စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဆန်းစစ်ကြည့် ရှုရမည်။
• ငွေကောက်ဝန်ထမ်း- Roaming Staff များနှင့် ပုံမှန် တွေ့ဆုံ၊ဆက်သွယ်၍ ၎င်းတို့၏ လိုအပ်ချက်၊ ဝေဖန် အကြုံပြုချက်များအား နားထောင်ပေးရမည်။
• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နေရာဒေသများအလိုက် ချမှတ်ထားသော အဖွဲအစည်းဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများ၊ တာဝန်ခွဲဝေပေးအပ်မှုများ၊ ပေးအပ်ထားသော လုပ်ငန်း တာဝန်များအား အချိန်မှီပြီးစီးမှု စိစစ်ချက်များ နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်း များ၏ ရုံးတက်၊ရုံးဆင်း မှတ်တမ်းများ ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
• ဝန်ထမ်းများ အတွက် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော လုပ်ငန်းများ အပါအဝင် ၎င်းတို့၏ ဆောရွက်မှုများကို စဉ်ဆက် မပြတ် ကြည့်ရှုစစ်ဆေးရမည်။
• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ဧရိယာအတွင်းရှိ Cash Agent (Roaming and Static) များမှ ပေးသွင်းရန်ရှိသော ငွေသားများအား အချိန်မှီ ပေးသွင်းခြင်း ရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးရမည်။
• Leader များနှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ ရုံးချုပ်မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူထံသို့ လိုအပ်လာပါက လတ်တလော ဖြစ်ပွားနေသော ကိစ္စရပ်များ အား အစီရင်ခံရမည်။
• Agent Network Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Static Agent ဆိုင် အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေ၊ စုဆောင်းရမည်။
• ရုံးချုပ်မှ လိုအပ်ချက် အရသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ Client များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်အရသော်လည်းကောင်း ငွေသားများအား သတ်မှတ် နေရာဒေသတစ်ခုသို့ သယ်ယူရွှေ့ပြောင်းရန် လိုအပ်လာပါက ရုံးချုပ်မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များနှင့်အညီ သယ်ယူ ပို့ဆောင်နိုင်ရန် စီစဉ်ပေးရမည်။
• မိမိလက်အောက်ရှိ ဝန်ထမ်းများ ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများ မူ၀ါဒများအား လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း ရှိ/မရှိ ကြည့်ရှုစစ်ဆေးရမည်။
• မိမိ၏ Regional Leader နှင့် အခြား ရာထူးကြီး ဝန်ထမ်းများမှ ပေးအပ်သော ထပ်တိုးလုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

English Version

• Bachelor Degree in any related field.
• Work experience in Financial/Microfinance/Banking/NGO field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Must have driving license.
• Have an excellent knowledge about respective areas. 
• Willingness to spend more time in the field.
• Must be able to speak respective Ethnic Language. (Where applicable)
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer Literacy.
