We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 18th May, 2024 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  •  Seek market opportunities to expand Agent network enlargement and Agent business development. 

  • Assisting interested persons or Organization by explaining Agent business’s beneficiaries and obligations. 

  • Direct report to Area Sales Manager all finding of market information and feedback along with Agent acquisition performance. 

  • Directly provide field coaching to Territory Sales Executives under Master Agent in terms of technical and services know how. 

  • Monitor respective Master Agent’s KPI achievement and drive closely to reach sales and services setting goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any graduated). 
  • Minimum (3) years of sales experience in a relevant field, preferably in the Banking Industry. 
  • Good personality and positive working attitude. 
  • Excellent in communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. 
  • Understanding and knowledge of various insurance policies. 
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. 
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
