A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Daily Payment preparation with complete attach & sign and file filling .
  • Daily Payment entry in record book and transfer to finance.
  • Daily bank payment entry and check with bank statement.
  • Daily invoice checking as per assignment plan and monthly check Voucher listing & GL listing and physical stock taking.
  • Daily Payment entry in MBC software.
  • Go to check by Promotion material & Admin accessories and fixed asset taking as per assignment plan.
  • Separate A&P file filling by monthly.
  • Prepare Advance report and Journal file filling.
  • Monthly Freight chgs checking & working report
  • Monthly prepare Detail sale report as per assignment plan.
  • Daily Check & Sign by CR invoice by evening.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree with LCCI III preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Interpersonal Skill, Excellent analytical, Reporting skill.
  • Business English Communication skill. 
  • Must be used MBC and ERP software.
  • Proficiency in various computer programs related to accounting
  • Travel may be required to other office location.
