Role and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain 3 to 5 employees under Financial Planning and Analysis section  
• Manage budgeting, rolling forecast, and mid-term financial planning.
• Manage revenue, cost, and profit variance analysis and explanation 
• Manage and maintain costing models and confirm if it is aligned with BOM and Capacity cost in ERP 
• Manage and maintain Cost items and Cost centers used in ERP
• Oversee Factory related accounts like Raw Material, Finished Products, COGS  
• Prepare and Maintain SOP for FP&A section
• Any other tasks relating financial planning and analysis of historical financials directed by CFO

• Inter-personal skills to collect information from other departments
• Time management to accommodate to corporate calendar or assigned deadline
• Proper reporting and presentations to senior management and other departments
• Ability to find key financial drivers from historical BS/PL/CS
• Knowledge of variance analysis
• Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
• Spreadsheet and database skills to optimize processes and to use for problem solving. 

• Bachelor’s degree in BA, Banking, or Commerce. MBA is highly appreciated.
• Minimum 7 years work experience in Finance dept at large or mid-size manufacturing company including treasury responsibility. Or Minimum 5 years work experience in business development or treasury at foreign banks.        
• Business level English (4 skills). 
• Fair command in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
