This position is under Core Mobile Department and report to Director of Core Mobile Department --
- Checking the technical project to upgrade the performance/feature Network Element on the BSS system.
- Checking the technical problems encountered obstacles during operation of to propose Technical Department of Viettel Global for support (if have).
- Making KPI report to issue traffic profile and customer behaviour.
- Update contingency plan Monthly on the BSS system.
- Co-work with partner to install, configure to integrate new network node on requested time.
- Implement all the changes on the network.
- Execute CR from units of company: Check data transcrip in CR, monitor and control over the execution of CR, system change to ensure network safety.
- Update, manage the network topology, network date and network resource utilization (include resource utilization, licence, connectivity co-ordinate, resource occupied rate…).
- Handling daily complaints on the BSS system were transferred from the customer Care Department and NOC Department.
- Handling with incidents on the system.
- Analyse the problem cause and propose solution for wide interrupted information breakdown.
- Controlling or Join to solve problem in BSS division directly."- Handling with the arising Alarm on the PS system daily / weekly / monthly / year.
- Handling with evaluation of solutions to implementation optimally network quality on the BSS system.
- Controlling content network quality reports weekly / month / year on the BSS system.
- Implement maintenance plans, equipment maintenance and quarterly breakdown on the BSS system simulator accordance Corporation approved.
- Information results of the maintenance plan, periodic system maintenance on the BSS system.
- Pepare detail data transcrip and rescue method of the BSS system monthly.
- Implement Proposal overcome dead spots on the BSS system.
- Develop the documentation for the FO (Front office) to detect and treat the Alarm, simple errors on the BSS system.
- Develop the contents of training materials, processes, regulations, guidelines (MOP) of the Operation equipment on the BSS system.
- Develop document on the BSS system an internal training plan committee.
