• Supervise daily cash in and out flow of cash books, petty cash book and cashier.
Maintaining and checking Commission claims for staffs monthly.
• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team
• Ad Hoc duties assigned related Accounting.
• Preparing unaudited financial statement & submitting of annual income tax return for company registration office and government tax office.
• Responsible for account team’s ground stocks taking quantities
• Preparing Budgeted Cash Flow Statement.
• Overseeing the duties of accounts assistant responsible for the AP and AR function.
• Maintain fixed assets register monthly.
