• Coming up with strategies and directions for digital marketing
• Developing and Executing digital marketing calendar and activities
• Conducting digital market analysis and research
• Reporting & data analysis of digital marketing efforts
• Budgeting and control for all digital marketing activities
• Vendor evaluation, management and coordination.
• Event planning, set up and management
• Vendor auditing, tendering and budgeting.
• Promotions and Incentive management and control.
• Production and management of Marketing assets and collaterals.
• Stock and Inventory control and reporting.

Job Requirements

• University degree in any discipline, Preferably Marketing Related
• Minimum 3 years in digital marketing role, Preferably Real Estate Related
• A background on Design. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Very High tolerance. Have Patience. Able to work overtime and on holidays. Creative by nature. Outgoing and initiative. Not afraid of rejection.
• Familiarity with social media
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Burmese language
