Job Description

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to a range of English classes for adults and kids 
  •  Preparing teaching materials and activities 
  •  Marking and providing appropriate feedback on the oral and written assignment 
  •  Encouraging students to speak in English on the School premises 
  •  Monitoring continuous improvement of students 
  •  Collaborating with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience 
  •  Managing classroom crises and resolving conflict (if occurred) 
  •  Informing parents about their children’s performance 
  •  Building trusting relationships with students, parents, and other staff

Job Requirements

  • M.A. in English (Preferable) or B.A in English 
  • TKT, CELTA, Diploma in TESOL, Diploma in ELT or any equivalent qualifications 
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience online / on campus 
  • Full dedication and commitment to teaching and students 
  • Basic knowledge of using digital tools 
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills 
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods 
  • Preferably long-term committed individual candidates 
  • Designated to do a demonstration teaching session of one hour if the candidates pass the interview 
  • Must have good internet connection (For online teacher)
