  • Deliver engaging lessons (online & on-campus) based on the curriculum
  • Prepare lessons and update plans, outlines, and attendance weekly
  • Complete progress sheets, reports, and observation feedback
  • Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback
  • Handle assessments, demos, catch-ups, and cover classes
  • Join internal/external training for professional growth
  • Arrange and actively participate in school events and activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field or a Diploma in English 
  • A certificate or diploma in TKT, TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA is preferred (not mandatory)
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching English; experience in online teaching is a plus
  • Genuine passion for English language teaching
  • Love for working with children, patience, and strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to actively participate in all center-provided training sessions
  • Creative, energetic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
