Presence in the outlet at critical guest dining flow time
Induct and train a Service team who are competent and confident to exceed guest expectations
Support the Service team to be consistent in service, use a collaborative, enabling leadership style, have regular team meeting
Drive constant service and system improvement, be entrepreneurial
Use the performance review process to identify and develop talent for growth management performance issues, using a coaching styles
Ensure cleanliness and appearance of outlet and related areas
Interface the needs/requirements of other departments with the F&B : Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, Security, Finance, HR
Provide a level of Safety & Security for arrival & Departure of guests/visitors

Develop own knowledge and skills to grow as a business partner and leader

Job Requirements

Diploma or gegree preferably in Hospitality or related field.

3-5 years in industry and minimum 2 years as a restaurant Captain.

Involved in reservation and understanding of revenue management process.
