•To prepare sales contracts and customer code for Gensets, Forklifts and Mandalay Branch’s sales team.
•To communicate with sales persons for sales data and customers to follow up AR.
•To prepare sales invoices if necessary and maintain Customers’ AR.
•To prepare monthly AR reports and report to MD and DGM.
•To do any necessary tasks assigned by the Department head.

Job Requirements
*At least 2 years experience in related position.
*Proficient in LCCI Level (I,II & III).
*Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel , PDF, Power Point.
*Must have strong knowledge in account receivable functions.
*Must have strong communication skill and ability to do multi-tasking professionally under pressure.
