Principle accountabilities;

• Observe the Organization’s financial system, to set the process design and plan for improvement
• A brief report from the identifying strengths and gaps, and key recommendations for the improvement of the ENDO finance systems, with a focus on budgetary control, compliance and financial reporting.
• Review the existing financial policy of Organization, and to revise and update (both in MM and Eng.)
• Review the existing forms and format for financial related process of ENDO, and to revise and update (both in MM and Eng)
• Ensuring all recommended changes and policies fit to ENDO capacity and circumstances and have full support of ENDO management
• To take the leading role together with ENDO’s management in launching the financial policy to all staff
• Adjust the training’s contents based on the participants’ need, level, and interest
• Deliver the training in the ways of using effective and authentic technics practically to ENDO team
• Setup the development process, including identification of necessary training for capacity development with the time frame available for ENDO Finance Team
• Carry-out a desk review and provide capacity building to ENDO Finance staffs
• Lead monthly progress report meetings with the management of ENDO to highlight challenges, lessons learned, and progress made.
• A brief monthly summary report should be submitted to both MAM and ENDO as a record of the work completed. The last month of the consultancy will also include a brief final report highlighting the findings and work development reports for these finding.

To be successful in this role you must have:
•    Degree in Accounting or Finance        
•    7 years’ of professional experience in managing large and multi donor programme budgets (especially Global Fund, USAID, DFID, etc.)
•    INGO’s experience strong advantage;
•    Fluent in English, both oral and written
•    Knowledge of international development issues and concepts
•    Strong analytical skills, pro-active and able to work independently
•    Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
•    Good communication and training / capacity building skills 
•    Professional in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & accounting software
