CROWN Education and RAI Learning Center (Yangon Campus) is seeking highly professional, resilient, and adaptable educators with strong leadership potential who can contribute to our school community beyond classroom teaching. As a teacher, you will deliver the OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) Grade 11 and 12 programs and the GED Program.

Available Positions (Full-time, 3 positions):

• English Language Teacher
• STEM Teacher
• Social Science Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent student-centered teaching skills
• Deliver assessments effectively, provide feedback, and ensure student learning outcomes are met
• Contribute beyond classroom teaching by organizing extracurricular activities such as music, art, competitions, sports/physical education, or student well-being seminars (based on your talents and strengths)
• Attend teacher trainings, academic meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and school events
• Foster a conducive, engaging, and high-standard learning environment
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including timetabling, data management, and coordination with staff, students, and parents
• Maintain professionalism under pressure and adapt to changing educational demands

General Requirements: 

• Myanmar nationality 
• Currently living in Yangon
• Available to teach both in-person and online classes 
• A relevant university degree (Masters, Ph.D. preferred)
• Teaching certification preferred
• Strong English language skills
• Minimum of TWO (2) years of teaching experience, including ONLINE teaching experience
• Ability to commit long-term and contribute positively to a professional learning environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and social awareness
