Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-To audit all daily income that has been received by the Bar & Restaurant and to ensure that all relevant revenues such as rooms, food and beverage, and other revenues, are correctly and completely recognized and recorded in the General Ledger accounting system.

-To ensure that all sales voucher forms are used in sequence, with any lost and voided vouchers reported according to the procedure, and to file them by outlet and in date order.

-To ensure timely preparation and distribution of daily income.

-To prepare month-end income journal entries, according to the policy and using standard templates.

-Must be able to accurately follow assigned tasks.

-Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field A diploma of LCCI Level (III), DA qualification is required.

-Working experience had to be in a related field at least (3) years such as hotel, restaurant, and bar as an Income Auditor.

- Must be under 28 years old.

-Strong knowledge in Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Restaurant POS Software systems, and also accounting Software experience by utilizing Accounting Systems.

-Excellent verbal/writing communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.

-Good attitude and hardworking. -Can do under pressure.
